Every tech issue is different — so I quote each support request on a case-by-case basis to make sure you’re getting the best price and the right solution for your needs.

Typical rates:

  • $50 for a 30-minue in-home visit

  • $100 for a 1-hour visit

  • Custom quotes available for larger, more complex, or ongoing support needs

Services I Offer:

Need help with home tech? I’ve got you covered. Common in-person support includes:

  • Printer setup and troubleshooting

  • WiFi issues

  • Computer problems (slow machines, settings, software, etc.)

  • WFH setup support (monitor, webcam, keyboard, and ergonomic help)

  • TV issues (streaming setup, input help, or general troubleshooting)

If it plugs in and confuses you — I probably help with it. Just ask!

Tech Help That Comes to You

Sometimes, you just need someone there in person to see the blinking light or wrangle the tangle of cords. I offer hands-on tech support in the Lakeview neighborhood and surrounding areas in Chicago — so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
